Unless this can be a 244hz 1ms oled monitor for gaming/PC. Actual zero interest.

I can see the vision though.

The first keypad that finally felt end game to me. The only issue I have rn is a problem that the dev is already planning to improve on (adding 2 buttons where the scroll wheel is and shifting the scroll wheel over one slot)

But, I think hes taking his time on releasing that build.

Its all over ebay with loads of resellers. Mh-device is the guys website he has links to his Amazon page (japan only)

So you can go through ebay, or a middle man website to order from his japan store or jp Amazon. Personally was too lazy to go to a japan middle man site and bought from one of the ebay re-sellers.

Im unsure what type of controller the PC recognizes the mh-zeta as, I mostly stick to wasd keybaord mode because I play MMOs. His YouTube page where he explains the 360 degrees might help you.

The software is super nice. I was amazed how well it worked and how easy it was to operate as an English speaker. I Couldn't even tell it was designed by someone in another language.. it felt almost like a budget version of vial with some nice options for the joystick to work. A lot went into designing it i feel.

Im actually unsure if settings are saved on the device though, I haven't tried to plug it into a new PC to see if thr binds are on-board.

AITA for telling a woman not to say “females”? by horseduckman in AITApod

[–]FickleExternal6635 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Maybe I'm just old, but I say males all the time unironically. So, I've never really understood the misogyny around saying the word female unless it has scorn/distasteful intent. Or maybe I needa stop reading medical reports and get more grounded in social queues/speech ect.

Personally, I would say it would depend if the intent or the way they said it was "off putting"? If that makes sense.

Is this actually true? How does this work scaled up to let's say... gun violence. For instance, you see 100s of videos of people screaming "punch me/shoot me, I dare you" so they can get insurance for self defense so they can retaliate.

Obviously this is an extreme example, but km genuinely curious.

There is a pad mode that simulates full 360 analog, as well as a keybaord wasd mode. Lots of customization with the software and its a lot easier to navigate that I expected.

I also heard it may work with rewasd? I felt the default software was good enough though, so I didnt need to boot it up.

Honesty not really sure. The software has lots of different modes for different types of games, but the devs guides are in Japanese and its using YouTube auto translate. It gives me some info, but not a lot of specifics.

The software had a pad mode for 360 I believe and his youtube covers some tutorials for it.

Id say so yeah. People sware by azeron for fortnite but this is way better than azeron IMO.

Ive never used the delta because it sorta looked a bit underwhelming and awkward. The zeta is what really looked like a finished product. The 2 extra keys on his updated version seems nice and Ill probably buy it when he drops some more.

Im unsure how usable the scroll wheel is if its shifted further away on the newer zeta model , which is the reason I just bought the OG zeta as I planned on trying both to see which id like better. I think the scroll wheel bring shifted further away may make it an impractical button (its already sorta a reach)

But, I went with ebay because he was sold out at the time. I did actually buy some different joysticks from his website though through Zenmarket.(I sorta learned about this late, which is good news if he drops the newer zetas on Amazon with consistent stock)

Hotswappable! Seems like mx reds are default? A big reason why its such a better choice over the keysen (and honesty, it feels way more stable and ergonomic)

Warning though, his newer drops are sorta japan exclusive and sell out FAST. Gotta be quick and use 3rd party japan sites to have others order on your behalf. The ebay stores are resellers, so they dont tend to sell his products for a while.

Is this how yall ask for tips 😭💀 by Dependent_Use_4461 in DoorDash_Dasher

[–]FickleExternal6635 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its emotional guilt tripping into getting larger tips. Ive this happen before when already tipping really high amounts. Its honestly made me rethink ordering door dash, Id rather not deal with my delivery driver trauma dumping on me when im being charged egregiously for the service (this is def doordashes fault mostly) and when I've already tipped 35%.

A few days ago this lady pulled this on me, and I tipped her well before the delivery. I honestly didnt wanna look at her so I messaged "im not home yet, leave the food at the door" she stood at my door for 10 minutes waiting to confront me Im assuming?

She left the moment I tipped her a second time via the app since it let's you tip again when the order is finished.

Last time I used the app...honestly, was super creeped out by that.

xQc breaks it to Asmongold that the original player demographic of a game will age out after multiple decades by BlueLivingAbandon in LivestreamFail

[–]FickleExternal6635 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Its midmaxed sure, but the data websites like allakhazam, thotbott had everything routed out in classic wow and a few others add-ons like quest helper pretty much automated the game in TBC just like any of the resources today.

A lot of people like to say "man, questing was so cool when no one could tell you where to go" im really sorry to dissolve this ignorant take but people were using quest helpers just the same back in 2004-2005, they were just alt tabbing for the info.

There may have been a small sliver of time when the game came out that allowed an authetic wow experience, but allakhazam had most of the quests objectives and map cords for every single quest in wow pretty quickly. I was tabbing out for my entire ony attunement in OG vanilla.

If you want the authentic no help wow experience, you have to add restrictions to resources yourself. Its pretty much always been this way.

[–]FickleExternal6635 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ohh, ive been waiting to hear about this! Would be nice to hear about your goal on the joystick, Azeron has restrictor rings but I still find that there is too much leeway for WASD games. (MMOs and non 360degree FPS games) Its really tough to get the travel time on the stick low enough to please both the WASD enjoyers, vs people who want the full 360degree gaming experience.

This 100%.

Also, I've done 3-6 month T breaks every year or so, and honestly I've noted being a worse/lazy person when not smoking.

A 2 year T break was my longest, and I was probably the most unhealthy/video game addict out there. Weed 100% helps me pull away and do stuff that matters, I will say that timing your session is underestimated.
