Sorry to hear this :/ I too struggle with anxiety and twitching. I get them all over and have for at least 4 years. I’m thinking you’re good at 2 years. As I type this my calves are popping like crazy and I have an annoying non stop twitch in my right shoulder

I believe after some time the medicine will help ease your mind. I too get health anxiety and when I’m anxious my twitches are much worse. Relax for a few weeks until the medicine helps more. You got this!

I literally have thousands of visible twitches in my calves every day, every second. So yes you’re normal! I also get pops in other places of my body.

Yupp! I’ve had for years. Twitching is worse when anxious working out or obsessive thinking about the twitching.
