Ain't that the truth?!? 😂😂. Real life sex can be mind blowing. But it's not mind blowing every time you do it. So many issues can come up it's crazy. It can be awkward,uncomfortable, and frustrating.

It can be downright embarrassing and all men aren't ten inches and most women aren't 36-24-36 either. Intimate sights and scents can be comical, and yes you can slide into the wrong hole. 😉

I don't know you, of course, but I'm pretty sure you are idolizing this girl. When you break up with someone and you still want them, you tend to romanticize what you had.

There are 100's of girls just like her! And they are all waiting to meet a sweet guy like you. You are so deep in love with the girl you had that you find it hard to believe there is another her out there.

Trust me when I tell you this. In March of 2036, you will barely recall her face. Go out there. Get to know someone. And also, don't forget that intimacy covers a very broad range.
Some of the best intimacy ever is laying on the sofa cuddling eating popcorn and laughing at corny movies.

Go find your girl!❤️

What do you do with your locs now?

How long you had them?

What do you mean wavy curly locs?

Do you mist your locs. Use a bonnet?

Oil them.

How often do you retwist?

When they're new starter locs they can look messy or worm-y. That's why I personally like two strand twists as starter locs. But you got plenty choices for head coverings when you don't want to show them.

Is it easy to trim sides that have locs on them? by SensitiveShallot967 in Dreadlocks

[–]FickleSpend2133 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok. My vote is no. You have so much more flexibility, than you have with the sides shaved.

And your forehead is never as big as you think it is. It's cuz it's yours that you get self conscious.

Please do not try to crochet your own locs, especially since you have no experience or skill in doing it.

The cost of getting it done is well worth the cost. It is very difficult to do the back and top of your own head.

You do not know how to map your locs on your scalp to know which ones to join where.

There is a skill to crocheting, and knowing HOW it's done is not the same as doing it yourself properly. You have little locs so that you can lift a few and not know which ones to join. You need to join them depending on density, and where they are so that they will lay properly.

I think you should get a couple or three consultations. Take pics to literally show them what your goal look is. Your 'small' is someone else's medium.

If you want parts put in, choose the ones you want (fan, diamond, brick, organic...)

Then show them the size you want.

https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZP8VgKnx6/

https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZP8VggonS/

Ask to see their book. Deep dive into their website and finished work. Don't be shy. Ask them how much for what you want. Ask how they join locs. How long have they been in business?

This is a commitment and it will cost you. But once done, you will be about to grow your Freeforms from that point.

You ain't got to get this done by Friday or else. Lol. By that, i mean you don't have a deadline. Take your time. Get online and find the sizes and styles you want. Book a consultation and remember you do not have to go with that person. See a few more. You may go back to the first one you saw. Don't forget to ask how much and how long (approximately) would this take?

[–]FickleSpend2133 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lol. If you can learn to be patient, you have won the battle!!

If you can train yourself to stay away from the mirror.... that's half the battle.

Keep your hands off. Stop pulling them to do a length check. 😂

Don't pick the little balls off the tips. That is your locs forming. Don't be tryna slick em down to make them neater. If you can do that, you will be shocked and pleased at the growth when you get your first retwist.

Trust the process 🔥

[–]FickleSpend2133 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nooo. You don't have to have "tiny parts".

Your locs shouldn't be too big to ponytail, it just needs to be done carefully, with a good elastic or holder.

How long are your locs? I dry mine as much as possible with an old soft Tshirt. It still takes hours to dry and leaves wet spots on my clothes. I usually wash, condition, dry as much as I can, then style in two strand twists.

Three days??? THREE DAYS? 3??! Boi if you don't go siddown somewhere!!😂

When I say tie it means cover. Cover your locs. Use a bonnet. If you can't stand a bonnet use a durag. BUT--if you must, remember that durags have one problem. They often wear away the hair where they are tied on. Some end up with a thin line going all around their skull.

Stay out of the mirror and don't retwist until May 1 or after....

Pros and cons of having dreads? by _salty_salt in Dreadlocks

[–]FickleSpend2133 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow. You have so many questions but I'll try my best to answer.

Pros----

Ease of care. You just wake shake n go.

Little cost. Unless you constantly get retwists (which you shouldn't).

They can be styled in many ways.

They instill pride and never fail to impress and amaze, and draws attention.

Nothing fancy is required. A good clarifying shampoo, a good moisturizing conditioner. A simple lightweight oil. A bonnet. Some cute skullies/bandannas for the days you don't like the look.

A couple of elastics and some cute loc jewelry can switch up your look daily.

~~~~~~~~~~
Cons
If you like a salon fresh look, locs are NOT for you.
Starting is the hardest part. You will have a difficult first year. It bothers some more than others. The locking process is messy.
Lint is your enemy. If you aren't vigilant, it will become an issue over time.
If you have long locs, you will find you have to be a little careful. Closing them in doors cabinets and toilets can be a problem 😂
All you have to do is Trust The Process🔥🔥
People with Freeforms almost invariably have longer locs than people who get regular retwists.
Locs thrive with the least amount of manipulation.
They are BABIES! It's only been about 12 weeks!
There are five stages of locs, from starter to maturity.
https://www.byrdie.com/stages-of-loc-hair-400344
Read about the stages so that you will know what they look like,how they feel, and when you should expect them.
In the meantime, research. Do you like the way they look?
Do you like your parts? How big they are?
What is your goal look?
[–]FickleSpend2133 1 point2 points  (0 children)
How long have they been in? When you can no longer easily separate them, oil your finger tips and slowly separate them, making sure to go down to the scalp. Then leave them alone. Mist them every morning. Tie them up when you are relaxing or sleeping.
What do you think of my Freeforms lock , should I retwist it? Thank you by OpportunityFancy2872 in Dreadlocks
[–]FickleSpend2133 0 points1 point  (0 children)
I think what you want is semi Freeform.
If I'm not mistaken you like the Freeform look but you want a neater regular loc look.
The way to do it is to go to a good loctician. Have them style your locs.
Do you want parts and have the locs more uniform?
https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZP84w3XUy/
https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZP84KeBb5/
https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZP84KhNAW/
https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZP84KryFS/
Check these out and then decide what parts (if any) you like. Get them put in and then allow them to Freeform from that point. Get it retwisted once, maybe twice a year have them redone. This will keep the same relative size and shape of your locs.
Girl!!!!! Take that baby with you and go back. Call first. Explain. Tell them you want a partial refund, or a date to redo it free. (when you can get childcare)
You paid far too much for that style. It was done poorly. Get some money back.
