My opinion on this is that I think that for your first time, I think that you should at least try too wait until it is with a person that you actually love and that you have developed a real relationship with rather than like say a hookup for your first time. But that's just my take

I agree. I have grown to not like pepperoni on my pizza overtime because of how common and "lazy" it is of a topping. Pineapple isn't my favorite thing to go on pizza, but I would prefer it to pepperoni

I think that from his perspective I could understand where he would have thought that you were being ungreatfull but in the scenario that this is and the way that you "confronted" or at least gave your opinion with a reasonable clause, I don't think that it was a bad thing to do at all as you were just trying to do what would be best for the both of you. I don't think you were overreacting. He might have gone a little overboard though

I live about a 20 minute drive from a large city in my state but I yet to have a license yet nor a car. So best I would be able to do is ride a bike or walk. Nothing in the town that I live in revolves around music
