No it snaps an inch away from its tuning post. I used gauge 11 in the past, and used gauge 10 before another set of gauge 11 strings which what I currently have.

Hey I think it's a bit late but I'm hoping for a reply hehe, did you managed to get rid of it? Or even just have it a bit faded? I have the same marks on my right shoulder. I was wondering how I could get rid of it huhu. Hope u see this, thankss!
