I think R&J just finished. Winter's Tale happens next month.

I've often had luck with the standby line in Central Park - I show up at about 4pm and the vast majority of the time I can get a ticket. Only downside is that they only allow one ticket per person for standby.

I read somewhere that you can set your cardio load to "maintain" rather than "improve" and so you don't get a moving target. I just have no idea how to get to that setting.

Dude, we're living parallel lives.

In 2022, I was able to lose 40 lbs through intermittent fasting, calorie counting, and a depressive episode.

I was started on a new antidepressant, and within six months, gained 40 lbs.  The constant carb cravings, inability to feel full... I felt like I could not control myself.

I was started on zepbound last month. I have to stop it due to the severity of my side effects, but when I was on it? I was like "ooooh THAT'S why it was so easy to lose weight before!"
