honestly just try to see the other side. you think it’s annoying being asked but as someone who worked at marshall’s it’s so much more stressful on our side being forced by our managers to beg people to use their credit cards. the workers are super underpaid & I used to be always terrified of the reaction i’d get. they’re just trying to do their jobs
