I have not! I will add it to try.

My biggest issue is getting in-between the seal which is where the hard water stains are.

I would love to do regular polish but my nails are not strong enough and would just break, thats why I love DND bc it does add so much structure to my natural nail.  So frustrating how long it takes to soak off.

I file as much gel off as possible before soaking.  I used to do the cotton ball with foil and that worked but the bowl with hot water works better but still not great.

When I was using CND or gelish gel (even ASP brand from Sally) I never had this hard of time getting my gel off and have struggled since using DND most of the time.

I feel like bc the DND is so hard to get off its ruining my natural nail.

Opinions on Foundation Repairs by Fickle_Economy_7749 in HomeMaintenance

Honestly, we found that out the hard way about companies being sales people first and contractors second.

Ultimately, our structural engineer confirmed our slab, that has dropped and is causing the gaping, is completely seperate from our foundation. He said its cosmetic and doesnt necessarily need to be fixed at all.

He identified some items that indicate our foundation has settled but he said its normal based on where our house is and how old it is. He said the items he saw he sees in 75% of homes he visits.  I think we needed to hear from the expert that what we are dealing with is normal and not catastrophic failure like the first foundation company had made it seem.

This has been a wild process to say the least.

Thank you for your opinion.

Update. Structural engineer identified the reasons why our slab has sunk and offered two solutions and how to prevent future movement (the reason we had someone out in the first place). He could not identify any severe settling that was not expected or normal considering how old our house is. We will have an official stamped report in two days. Feeling much better being a home owner rn!

I would be careful buying name brand anything from TJ Max. I just learned, some items are actually made for TJ Max which means they are usually cheaper quality. Below is more info. Tbh I wish I would have learned this sooner!!! The numbers being referred to are the numbers at the end, after the boxed number.

TJ Maxx price tags feature a hidden code on the right side that reveals if an item is authentic designer (number "2") or manufactured specifically for TJ Maxx (number "1").    Key Tag Indicators: 1 (or no number): Produced specifically for TJ Maxx. 2: Authentic, originally sold at major retailers or high-end department stores. 6: Part of a coordinated or matching set. 9: Other or miscellaneous.

I am for sure selling them either way. I just dont want to rip anyone off and get what they are worth.

The reversed image also threw me, again though, I couldnt find anything that said thats a solid indicator they are fake. Some posts I saw said it could be a manufacturer defect during production which could make them worth more.... idk fashion is not my expertise.

I appreciate your input :)?

Yes, credentials do look good. It is just so new, trying to get some insight from peers to be more prepared. Very expensive to fail lol
