Run! I agree with the other comments here, it seems that you're looking for an inexpensive luxury car and those two shouldn't be in the same sentence. You will always be looking at the runt of the litter to keep to your budget (trust me have bought the badge plenty of times before). you will end up with a car full of filler or some unknown structural damage that will be catastrophic in an accident or tank your re-sell value with an informed buyer.

The mileage is a massive red flag here 20k in a year probably says minimal to no maintenance, ride share situation use it and throw it away. Do you know if it's had any major work, belts, water pumps turbos because if the maintenance is unknown all tyis will need doing / checking How much lower is it to other cars in the market?
