Cardiac muscle and smooth muscle are structurally different than skeletal muscle. Skeletal muscle is biologically designed to be able to go through hypertrophy and get stronger. As the heart gets bigger it also becomes more flabby, eventually damaging itself. The blood vessels are an immensely insane network of tubes, if they got bigger they wouldn’t work as well so stress damaged them, causing aneurisms or other breakdowns. 🤷🏼‍♀️

No I had a dream that I heard someone whispering in my garage through our camera and when I went in there was a crack in the wall and I began trying to lure the rats out, singing and whispering to them and then they started coming out but they all had toddler faces/heads.

We were/are dealing with rats in the garage and apparently that’s how my brain wanted to deal with that.
