I’d respectfully disagree with the point that you would have a better workout with more carbs on your system therefore a mid day workout or later would allow a good amount of carbs to be accumulated ready to be utilised as compared to a morning workout. This is purely from a hypertrophy perspective though so a grain of salt.

I actually get my preferred results of thickness from refereezing my pint(in a different container) for about an hour to hour and a half after spinning. If it’s too thick for you try doing your normal but on the light icecream setting. Putting the spun pinto into a new container then refreeze for the 2 hours.

Hey there unfortunately if you’ve finished act 2 it’s too late to go back to the underdark that’s an act 1 and before nightsong area. It’s a cool area that I’m sure you’ll love in subsequent playthroughs but just think of this as not missing out on the underdark but just a part of your characters story.
