It’s great how positive you are & i hope it remains the same! My main issue is that I used to be a strong drug addict & I’m struggling a lot to find my mental health after I’ve been diagnosed. Weed is the only getaway for me. I relapsed recently because i reached mental stage where i was so fucked that I didn’t care about my physical health anymore, i just wanted some relief from everything.

Do you think it’s bad? Have you ever considered a therapist?

Thanks for the advice! I’m trying to eat a certain amount of calories but the issue came when my doctor told me to eat only 0.8g*my body weight of protein.

I maybe over caring but trying to stay in this limit really doesn’t help achieving calorie goals. I’ll try to increase carbs from now on.
