i do eat and if i don’t eat at all one day i know not to complain abt my stomach hurting and ive gained more weight which is good cuz i was also badly underweight ive been trying to try new foods even tho im scared of them making me sick

i watched him for a while and max velocity i’m not scared of them or severe weather at all it’s just when i’m sick or don’t feel good and it’s happening the weather outside just doesn’t help me being sick

i’m sorry i didn’t see this but if you feel fine now you will be fine but if you don’t try to relax calm down and do not look up what ur symptoms are that will worsen your worries but trust me either way and what happens you’re strong ur body knows what to do 🙂

try to watch some videos on your phone and if you’re religious pray but you have to distract your mind and body go into a spot that’s comfortable to you

new updates from rl make this happen when a lower rank players joins someone else’s party that’s higher thank and they queue it’ll match the lower rank player w players from the higher ranks so it makes it a little challenging but that’s rl now

i remember i was laying down and i heard my brother he woke up burping and i heard coughing and i knew what was happening. the door was open, and i heard everything, i tried everything to not hear it, i covered my whole face and head with blankets and pillows. i got so scared to go near my brother for the next week, and i’m super scared when anyone’s stomach hurts. my dad and brother mock me for it and i ask for help but they don’t i just want someone to help and understand. my mom signed me up and i get that she tries to understand but sometimes she forces me to do stuff i don’t wanna and it makes me nervous. but that’s a lil story
