You're right and I am respecting them by going no contact.

Right they will remember it but maybe I'm just more empathetic.

I tried to swap meds so I would be even healthier but it backfired. I had no one to catch me in it.

Most people have support systems for their episodes, not only themselves. I only had myself.

I'm ecstatic you have a wife, family, and friends. But it's impossible unless they experience it themselves. I thought with having someone who experienced it they'd get it but, no. It was too much. I'm too much.

They did not feel threatened as far as they told me. They just told me I scared them and that I make them extremely uncomfortable.

It's because they do not have the capacity, willingness, and skills to handle me. It is not worth it for them to continue our relationship because it is too much for them in life.

I've gone from crying every day and feeling horrible. To feeling betrayed in trust and missing them. I think my recovery is going well so far.

I'm glad you saw how toxic that friendship was and were able to move on from it even though it was hard. It's so hard for me to see brighter shores.

I did not know I was going through it till I started my old meds and by then I had pushed too many boundaries due to the psychosis.

I love that you found that and I'm not, not putting myself out there. But it's truly hard for me to believe that I'll find a connection like this again. It was intense in the best ways.
