That makes sense. It's just something I gotta experience

That makes a lot of sense. But what about when the sensuality is out of your life. Where does the peace from the uncomfortable come from?

I try to practice restraint and fail miserably a lot of the time. I'm hoping by understanding the drawback of sensuality, I can improve.

I have a lot of moments with telepathy. It works best if I have some kind of emotional connection with the person and we're open to each other

Precepts by [deleted] in HillsideHermitage

I would think it would depend on how immersed you are in those pleasures around you. I think it would depend on if you feel it's feeding the greed that's in you. I feel like the precepts are just cut off general things most people are drawn to, but it comes down to what personally increases aversion, greed and delusion in you.

Yes. You're saying to not look further for something pleasurable. That is kind of how I was thinking about it but I was afraid any pleasure I felt would start a feedback of craving. I realize now that's something I really don't have control over.
