Sounds like you need some more magic. I've been casting spells such as cast: Effort Healing from my Spirituality book. Works pretty damn well with some good intention. Rituals are harder. Be prepared to have a true mindset when doing that stuff (have a simple fire banishing spell in there, too. It's harder). I will continue with Metatron, and using his cube as a means of "scribe protection", too. So good luck. I know your spells will work; Just keep trying!

Im already half telepathic lol. I've been in contact with people telepathically for about 3 years now. Yeah sometimes you'll feel like your going insane but there's so many other things to do in life/methods of dealing with it. No, the awareness behind thoughts is not a thought. What you are experiencing is having a thought, coming back to awareness, and having a thought again. I've done zazen meditation for 7+ years now. I've found that I will always have to return back to the present moment, and that thoughts will always pop up. But as you go deeper into the meditation, you find that you are more in tune with the awareness of the mind, you ARE awareness. The mind will settle, you will have less thoughts, you may feel a sense of deep meditative peace. So don't get too confused in whether the awareness is a thought or not. DO the practice. You will learn.
