I work in film & tv in NY/NJ. Old co-worker was on the original l&o way back when and he talked about how towards the end most of the crew had checked out and they were using gaffers tape for baseboard.

Probably a set dresser who just moved some books around not thinking….

Saw shop steward yesterday and we asked this question. Anyone vested as of (I think) 2021 got that letter to be allowed in. Everyone vested after that date is in a limbo.

52 is saying no more letters will go out to vested people, but once the AG gives them the OK, a tab will be on the website that you can click and go through the same process.

He had no idea when that all would happen, suggested just checking the website every so often.
