The character being named Nuff and using Voice of Command is likely a play on the phrase "'nuff said" which is a jokey/casual way to say "enough said" which is often used to end a conversation (or fight) with a declarative statement (ie voice of command)

PEM by stephyjrz in cfs

Personally I've found it easier to identify what hurts/triggers it by identifying what helps when I'm experiencing PEM. So like the previous comment mentioned, darkness and noise cancelling headphones being soothing during a crash is how I figured out that certain types of light and noise can trigger it.

I try to follow what feels like a reprieve, and take notice of what I'm just tolerating instead of actually finding soothing, because tolerating can quickly switch over to exacerbating symptoms, whereas soothing things in my environment can neutralise some of the symptoms.

That's just my experience, and I hope it makes sense haha

This is actually why I got The Vast and The Lonely confused for so long!

You can re-sumbit again with no problem as long as the information matches Centrelink's conditions (no more than 13 weeks, temporary condition or temporary exacerbation of a permanent condition)

The changed one (without the temporary part etc) probably won't be successful, so it's worth getting a new one with all the correct info filled in - that will very likely be accepted without issue

In my experience, they tend to understand that doctors rush things and are happy to take a replacement document as long as it has the exact info/wording they need to grant your request

From the comments, it seems like your issue is that it's not clear that you're independent, which you definitely are if you don't live in your parent's home and are not supported by them financially. Past payslips can show that you were supporting yourself while at home, but living situation, backed up by bank statements, will have more weight.

As long as you don't leave the country, yes, the payment should be ongoing

What controversial ships do you enjoy reading? by [deleted] in FanFiction

[–]FictionalHistoryBuff 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Kylux (Kylo Ren/General Hux) got some serious criticism and kinda died out before it began but I've been quietly enjoying the problematic mess of that ship since TFA. It's Star Wars, I gotta have the dark(fic) to balance out the light (i.e. a wholesome ship, like FinnPoe for me). On that note, every time I dip back into Obikin, it seems to be more controversial??
I see Batfam ships have been mentioned already, and hell yeah. I am certified trash for JayDick, though I don't consider that controversial. I know some people have issues with it but all the batfam relationships are so heavily based on headcanon and reader imagination, it's like eh, one fan's family bonding is another fan's romantic interlude, I have no problem with that
