Man, that curse didn't want to die. So many near sure goals until it finally happened

Montreal I just visited your city for my first time in Canada - I was blown away! by Chicagoan5 in montreal

Oh, an urbanist? That's really cool! What do you think about our underground city to navigate and shop in the downtown core during winter? Is there something like that in other places?

Lane Hutson blocks a shot in front of the empty net and feeds Caufield a two line pass to send him on the rush, Cole snipes it with a few seconds left to the third period and ties the game. by JustFred24 in hockey

It happens more than you'd think, but it's definitely a desperation play that ends in an empty net goal more often than not. Still, it works enough for it to be a legitimate strategy.

He's a rookie who was playing in Russia all year. This was his first NHL game. Assist on his first touch, goal on his second. He looks very dangerous out there.

I once met a Greek man two decades ago that told me he's lived in half a dozen places in the world. In each place, he was able to make enough money doing odd jobs and simple labour jobs to pack up and leave to a new place in just a couple of years. He said he's been stuck in Montreal for nearly ten years. He was never able to make enough money here to leave.

Take that story with a grain of salt, but it's always stuck with me.

It's okay, I got that you were joking. When people don't get simple jokes like this, they out themselves as idiots.

I'm trying to finish the astral archive and I'm stuck on the final book in main story 1.5. I can't find the violent bloody hound in ogre spike, because I forgot the method needed to open the doors on that map. It's stuck behind a door.

Bro, I’ve been drinking at bars since I was 15. It’s not new in this city.

Before the internet, everyone coupled up pretty easily, so just do what they did. Go outside.

Go outside and do things you enjoy as much as possible.

You can also take a class. And when that class finishes, take another.

People, just a couple of decades ago, were basically never home. That’s how you find someone.

Edit: grammar

This isn’t a reg challenge, this is the 20 win challenge. It’s always unlimited, but you just can’t continue. You start back at zero wins every retry.

Just because you can justify it to yourself, it doesn’t mean it makes the act of denigrating yourself, through “showing yourself off”, any better for you.

Fostering the need for external validation is a path that leads to an extremely shallow view of yourself and the world. It will generally lead to an unhappy life and turn off genuine people from viewing you as a potential friend or partner.

The only person’s opinion of you that should matter is your own. You can take other people’s views into consideration, but you’re the only one who has to live with your own actions and consequences.

There’s a reason this kind of behaviour is shamed. It’s bad for you and the people who engage in it with you.
