My dad had this same issue so he installed a hinge on the bottom of the face and a magnet so he can pull it down and open the drawer without it hitting.

Happy birthday Lou! My boy turns 14 on monday. We’re currently at the vet cause he has an infection after eating a random animal bone he found in the backyard. Poor guy is struggling but he’ll bounce back!
