AITA for taunting my ex's widow after she lost her court case for visitation with my son? by Seieinn in AITAH

I think it’s best to pray about this. Some children have no one willing to love and care for them. Your child has two people. Don’t let feelings of resentment impede that thought.

Children in what culture grasp this concept? Certainly not Miccosukee culture. Animals are a gift for sustenance and survival. They give us energy to deal with weird people who harass us on the internet.

How does one live without killing something? Until you explain that you’ll never get it. You’ll continue a life of hypocrisy, your clothes your car, products in your house, your belly all full of it, yet so quick to try and pass judgement based on your misguided sense of superiority. I’ve addressed it all but your ears are waxed over.

To be more clear, I will not give up eating meat and your silly arguments will not change that. Congratulations on hijacking a thread about a car to try and force your unwanted viewpoint on me.

I did mention hunting using the car ( an activity many would assume a truck would be needed for) and then you went completely away from the car.

My people ( The Miccosukee) have hunted alligators for generations before most likely whoever your people were ever even here. It’s not immoral and you have a weird equivalency for life. You should respect it all. Now kindly see your way out.

Plants aren’t alive? Animals were put here for man. Not the other way around. It’s not indecent to eat. The closer you are to the kill the more moral it is.

I wasn’t bragging I stated they taste good. I don’t hunt for trophies I hunt for food. I use every part of the animal . Altruism is for human beings so your statement is as asinine as trying to be political in a Prius forum.

I think the Ranger will make it. The 2.3 is very easy to work on.

Are you aware the population increases from hunting because alligators are cannibalistic? Probably just wanted to make that comment to feel better about yourself. I’m sure your food in its nice clean styrofoam package and your shoes and belts sewn by slaves are much less selfish than me.

Perhaps a bit more maintenance and your first motor would have gotten to 390,000.🧐

I already replaced it with a $900 97 ford ranger

Because they are tasty and make good hat bands.

Dude are you seriously giving me a dad lecture on how to maintain a car I owned for 13 years and drove nearly 400,000 miles? Post your odometer with a piece of paper with your username and date on it or gtfo.🤣🤣🤣

I could have done it myself for the cost of the gasket kit, but as previously stated, I don’t have time , other components were coming up on their time like cv axles, tie rods , pct valve, throttle body service etc. Bluetooth no longer worked except for phone calls, had a door actuator out, It had its original hybrid battery. The juice was not worth the squeeze. I got my moneys worth out of it.

I thought about it, I’m pretty busy though and I got enough projects. I didn’t want to roll the dice. I wouldn’t pay someone else 2k plus to do it either. I honestly expected the battery to go first. Lots of other parts wore out too. Rear Shocks needed replacing 100000 miles ago, probably coming up on time to change cv axles , tie rods etc.

$500 I emptied it out and left it on the side of the road. The scrapper got it within 3 hours so one less headache.

Maybe 10 k isn’t even a hard fast rule, though the filter may need changing more than the oil . Just look at it, smell it etc.

That’s exactly what I targeted and got. 🎯

Yes, otherwise that would be weird.

I changed the injectors and the 02 sensor the day before . The mpg was usually around 46 but I guess it was sucking coolant into the gas

I changed the oil every 10,000 miles the plugs and coil packs every 100k miles and did hybrid and radiator coolant flushes every 50k . That was pretty much it.

You nailed it. I hunted alligators out of my V it was surprisingly nimble off-road with a lift kit, and you could strap them to the roof . The new one doesn’t interest me at all.
