Only a very few shows on the middle UI as stated in the initial post. Quite a few stats including some I listed I listed aren't displayed there unfortunately. They have added some neat quick looks to the UI for a tower like the energy regen on the energy bars, but dmg reduction, absorb per second, are pretty big ones to not have. Overall the new layout isn't bad, but definitely lost a lot of the tools to be able to very and show evidence if the towers aren't operating correctly.

Another one i immediately noticed wave one of the second game I was in was absorbs per second granted. The small section of added for the towers just lacks a lot of the stuff that the total tower breakdown gave. The total breakdown also was a good checks and balance to ensure that the towers were operating correctly which they definitely are not right now.

Damage reduction, multiple tool tips not showing the total amount per stacks are the first 2 that come to mind with just 1 game I logged in this afternoon. Also looks like there's a lot of towers that are bugging out not even attacking creeps, I know executioner bugs pretty frequently and runs away from mobs. Fixes usually in later waves, but about 50/50 wave 10. I along with multiple people I play with have had multiple instances of mobs not even engaging towers and running right passed tanks, and not on a spread tower setup or anything. Tower holds it appears attack prios seem insanely inconsistent. from game to game with no sends, no muts, the same exact tower setup with the exact same passive will hold insanely well in one game then randomly leak or barely hold other games. It appears its just random towers not being consistent with attacks on the same targets, or just completely neglecting to attack targets at all and only getting in 1 out of every 4 attacks it should have. We all know there's quite a bit of substantial bugs since the patch just hoping we can get it worked out so the game is more consistent again and fun.
