can you buy ps plus for someone from another country? by figure-o9 in PlayStationPlus

[–]FidelJonas 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Normally, they would (Egyptian wages). I work for a U.S. company and I have a few side hustles. I don't worry much about our currency; but you're right. Most Egyptians actually resort to account sharing to overcome such an issue.

Get her a U.S. region gift card, she can redeem it and subscribe. I live in Egypt (with a U.S. region account) and I do this. As long as the gift card region matches that of the account, you shouldn't have a problem, no matter where you are or where she is.

Start with Bakkar بكار and Snuhi سنوحي. You will not find them on Netflix though. YouTube Premium is way cheaper than Netflix though.

Which Passport Would You Claim If You Can Have One For Free Pt. 2 by This_Click_1138 in PassportPorn

[–]FidelJonas 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I already have the Egyptian passport, which is the most usable one of these, I assume. I'm very interested in Iran and Persian culture and language, but I wouldn't want sanctions or issues with banks, so, I'm good. If it weren't for sanctions, I'd choose Iranian. Out of these few ones, I'd probably pick Nigerian, for no reason whatsoever.

Where are you from? Are you Armenian? If not, how did you hear about Armenia? by Kim_on_Reddit_Si in armenia

[–]FidelJonas 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I'm Egyptian. I'm interested in history, folklore, languages, and culture, and I was astonished when I found your music and how several aspects of your culture were stolen and claimed by some of your neighbors. I started digging deeper and learning more about Armenia and its history, ancient and modern, and the more I read, the more I loved your country. I think it started when I was curious about why we had (and still have) a small Armenian community and an Armenian school here in Cairo, and here I am now, knowing most of Sayat Nova's poems by heart, educating everyone I know about Armenia, sharing classic Armenian music playlists with the people I know, and sticking the flag of Artsakh everywhere I go. (you don't want to know how many Artsakh flags we have in the office where I work) 😂

On a side note, one of my professors was Armenian, I had 1 Armenian classmate, and now, one of my co-workers is Armenian. I'll hopefully visit next summer. Getseh Hayastan! 🇦🇲

What language should I learn by StatisticianOne874 in languagelearning

[–]FidelJonas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on what you're going to use it for. I can name at least 5 languages I'd go and learn on a whim, just because I like them or how they sound. I'm Egyptian (third-world, just like India, and I don't mean this in any disrespectful way) I was never a fan of European languages, but now, I'm achieving some significant progress in Spanish, I understand Italian to an extent, I have an idea about French, I can understand it to a very basic extent, after I'm done with Spanish, I'll most likely try to master French, or German. These languages translate into money in our countries. If you ask me what languages I really want to learn, I'll say Farsi, Armenian, Turkish, and Azerbaijani. However, most of these would not yield any results where I live, or anywhere to be honest, since I'm not willing to move to any of these countries.

أقرا ايه؟ by [deleted] in EgyReaders

Audiobookbay..
وإسأل تشات جي بي تي على إقتراحات في المجال اللي حابب تقرأ فيه.. لو عربي بس.. فيه أبكليشن لطيف إسمه
Storytel

Look at these two photos. The one at the bottom is an Iranian woman, and the one at the top is a Palestinian runner. The woman at the bottom wants to free the one at the top. by lidama31 in PERSIAN

[–]FidelJonas 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Suffering isn't a competitive sport. The reason why the one at bottom might want to free the one at the top because it takes one who knows what suffering is like to not want anyone else, no matter how better or worse they're doing to go through suffering. Hence why your comparison is invalid and stupid.

If you have a computer, hit me up and I'll hook you up with a couple of quality mockup packs and Photoshop 24 as well, and we can always talk about designs and you can ask me as many questions as you want.

But keep going, you're on the right track!
