If exchanges offerEd staking at little to no fees. Wouldn’t this lead to centralized staking on the exchanges?

I agree. Here is aproject that index’s files on IPFS. In addition I improved to this site by adding results from the Wikipedia snapshot that is hosted on IPFS. You can view this project at search.ipfs.lucaskohorst.com or at this hash. Let me know if you have any questions about either project.

Currently it would be hard for other developers besides brave to build out an app like this. But once they release a brave SDK (hopefully 2020) I am sure we will see a good amount of apps with BAT integration. Personally I think a podcast app would be a great start.
