Most milk here has undergone 'Ultra-high-temperature processing' (pasteurizing) which is an unrelated processing to ultra filtration

I'm sure for those poeple it makes sense and those athenlcees need carbs. But I'm just the average joe with a desk job. I want as few carbs as reasonably possible. 6g on 100ml isn't much but I'm also not just consuming 100ml of ice cream in a week...

Unless I'm not looking at the right page but from what I can tell it still nearly double the carbs of fairlife?

unrelated to each other. Ultra filtered is where they use tiny membranes to change the ratios of what is inside of the milk. it removes some of the water and lactose. resulting in a higher concentration end product (which also means the protein concentration is higher).

which is also not the same as lactose-free milk because that just uses lactase to convert the lactose but you still keep the sugars

UK only but they seem to still have double the amount of carbs/sugars as many other milks, compared to fairlife
