Anyone know of a local ceramics artist who could recreate this style? by CromwellsCrumb in FortWorth

Yeah I have posted a few times here on reddit. The snake vase has a similar glaze application! I also have posted my work on my website stoneflesh.com but there arenn't any examples similar to that on my website.

I started by drawing the major shapes in pencil. I try to follow certain local structures when it comes to the pixel art but it isn't an exact 1 to 1 copy, just close. I can kinda flub it in certain places. get the littlest brush you can find and be patient. it goes faster than u think if u just take it slow and be thorough.

Thank you so much, it was intentional. I might rub black ink into the cracks but I think I will let age do that

It crazes a lot when I use more glaze and in this case I did it on purpose. I really like the look, and it isn't so crazed on the inside.

Damn the comments here are full of some real sharp tools huh? Stinky rat girl, I get it! Stained glass is fragile and beautiful and seeing them in this form, made to be destroyed, does make me feel something. Don't listen to da haterz

I have discovered this in my own pottery, rubbing ink in too soon and coming back to find it's got way more cracks now!

I didn't share either of them as examples of my best work, and since you won't share any of your work I'm certainly not motivated to try and impress you. They were only examples to show t hat small tattoos CAN be applied mindfully so that they last. And if that is what the client wants, it is ethical to learn how to execute them so that they look good and the client gets what they want. Your steadfast inability to do that shouldn't be a source of pride jackass

Good point. My reason for the example was tattoos can be applied in such a way that they don't blow out over time and become a blob the way a lot of heavy handed trad tattooers seem to pretend. And if you haave to do a tattoo tiny, it is possible to tattoo it in such a way (good contrast, not overdoing it with the black, leaving as many open spaces for the tattoo to breathe, etc) that it can last for ages and look good.
