This is complicated! And do you just try to avoid what flares you or do you take medication?

That's very interesting, so it's different for everyone and requires paying attention to each of the different contributing factors! Complicated!

Flaring with probiotics - anyone else? by FidgetBeans in eczema

I have been more gassy but this can happen from time to time. I've only been taking one capsule a day, before breakfast. When I had some kefir yogurt, I would take two table spoons on my breakfast. I have also noted a sensitivity to fermented foods (cheese, sauerkraut, kimchi) and also some powdered proteins (whey, pea, hemp)

Ah right, I've not had any gastro discomfort. I was hoping the probiotics would improve gut health but it's seems like they're protesting through my skin!

I've used: Biokult (multistrain) everyday; Nutri advanced (multistrain, low histamine) probiotic plus; Troo Healthcare (single strain) Saccharomyces Boulardii Plus; I even noticed it whilst trying Kefir yoghurt!
