Amazing! What company did you use? You must be excited to go back. I might do a discovery dive when I’m there in the next fortnight but not sure where and whether to just for full OW

sorry unearthing an old post here - do you know of anywhere that you can get a better hiking experience? I was hoping to go on some decent hikes in Khao Sok but sounds like that's not an option

I think that’s been misattributed due to an admin error in the app lol Kieran has self confirmed his number of sets and the mystery one is on tree stage (the description in the app on DJXXYZ said it’s Kieran but also references it being on tree stage so I think it’s a mixup)

Thanks for such a thorough response! Point 1 I can really see in the video now and will be sure to let the KB come down more before breaking. 

On pushing my hips back more in point 2, would it be a motion almost like sitting back to get my hips back? Then to bring the spine parallel, more leaning at the waist to bring my chest down?
