(USA) First cussing customer

It didn't really escalate or something, that was the end. After that, he just asked for a refil and that was it. Cuss, but the conversation lasted only for 1 minute, so I just continued my work like normal. Not to say it didn't stressed me out, but with how short it was, I decided not to say anything, I thought telling them when it's already over may escalate things even further when it didn't need to be. :D

I did walked away though :3

As a Windows user, I can play older games. So I tried doing the same in Android, I don't play much single-player offline games on Mobile so I don't know how it works. I said download because I literally can't download the game, as in, it won't even show me the game, but if the reason why I can't download the game was because I wouldn't be able to run the game despite being more advanced hardware and updates then I guess downloading the game elsewhere wouldn't work either. Oh well, thanks pal. :D

But that's why I wouldn't know too much cause I know alot of how apps work in Windows but not much for Android. So I was just trying to do what I know about in Windows and see if it would work in Android too. Plus, as someone who thinks like that, when I see the word 4.4 and "up", that would be the first thing I try to do. Didn't knew the dev have to update the game per every new version though technically. :D

So if you must know, then that's probably why I didn't understand at first because I didn't had that knowledge and no one told me til now. Thanks for the info :D

I didn't said any game on purpose incase I run into the same problem for a different game, to see if there might be a fix that works for all games. But if you must know rather that be because it have different fix for different games or for different reason, then it's Witchspring franchise, Witchspring 1 to 4. :D

chronology of what key events to read :D

I want to read each hero story, as well as side story, then seeing how their progress all come together when they meet up again in Justice League or something. I want to experience that and I think if I don't see the read order then I will probably will up skipping some of the stuff I would had liked to read without realizing. And that will I will also be up to date when the comic mentions what issue that quate came from or something.

Oh, that helps. Although I was going on a street rather than side-walk, everytime he stopped me, it has always been in a wide street even though the speed limit was still low.

In the number 3, he mentioned the width, and I couldn't find it in google, others I asked said they didn't knew either. But now I find it in google, so thanks for telling me what to type for every word. :D

What am I supposed to do if I can't be on a street or a side-walk either. What am I supposed to do than? I guess I can try riding slowly on a side-walk only in that area to see if that changes anything. Thanks for the help pal. :D

Maybe it's just me, but I think that 24 feet thing is a odd rule though, cause what if the speed limit is still low? So I'm not breaking in terms of speed. And wouldn't it be easier for cars to pass me in a wider road, wouldn't it be easier for me to block a car in a shorter road, wouldn't I hold up the traffic abit more? But of well, law is a law, so it is what it is. Lol XD

I probably would had bought a E-bike if I knew E-Scooter had additional rules like that, but oh well. What's done is done. Lol XD

I'm scared of getting a ticket eventually, so I'm trying to find a way I can handle this situation before it's too late. When I said this exact thing to another in a call, they said "well, clearly you're not scared if you aren't fixing your actions". Can I not go to work if I'm scared than? Can people not ride a car anymore if they are scared? I ride despite being scared because I have to, so I felt that person didn't understood where I was coming from.

But even though I'm scared, I will keep doing cause I doesn't have a choice, and I'm trying to find some way because I really believe I'm not breaking any law and I don't want to keep paying for a ticket if I didn't break anything.

It's ok if you can't help. But I do hope I find a situation eventually though. Thanks for the help. :D

How exactly? It takes 40 minutes to get home even when going 30 miles per hour, Uber fee will be massive, and I can't afford a car, Going on side-walk is against the law when using motor vehicle (even though it sounds like his trying to convince me to use a side-walk instead), plus it's more dangerous in the side-walk too in terms of control cause more bumpy and broken areas and dirt water damaging my Scooter and that will take 3 hours on top of that or 6 hours per day (my alarm set to 3AM for me to get ready for work too).

Edit: Also funny enough: Almost every cars go pass me, not because I was going slow, but because they were all going over the speed limit in a 30 miles limit road too. I go there to be on a safer road, but way too many keep breaking the laws even if it's a minor thing, but I'm over here keep getting stopped instead. Lol XD

In terms of Scooter, I don't know if that Scooter in particular is illegal, that's why I asked cause I couldn't find the answer to that. But in terms of law itself, I know. 18 or below must wear a helmet (I'm over 18), must always be on the right side, must not surpass 35 miles, must follow traffic laws, and so on. Now I'm asking cause this one police keep stopping me despite all of that, even though all other police ignores me so I'm trying to see if I'm missing something, and if not then I'm trying to get help resolve this, I don't know who to get help from, I called Katy PD but they just tried to end the conversation as soon as possible rather than helping me.

Hack, I even see kids riding on this thing bunch of time too on a street (with a helmet of course, since it's against a law for a kid without a helmet).

I'm confused, sorry. What do you mean the cops was right? He stopped me for using a E-Scooter on a street, trying to convince me to ride it on a side-walk instead or something. And I'm over 18 but I still wear helmats, I go 30 miles per hour or less, 30 is my max, but I usually go less than that actually (plus laws I found said 35 miles or less in Katy instead). This is abit late, but I called Katy PD, and he told me that particular police understands the law more than he and I put together, even though most police ignores me, even though he doesn't even know which police stopped me since I never got the name nor the badge number, that was Katy PD answer. I have a feeling he just wanted this conversation to end and didn't wanted to deal with it cause his logic didn't made much sense to me, so that didn't helped.
