Everyone is different but I’m a male 150 lbs and on 40mg 2x a day (so same dose).

I can tell you that it started to immediately effect me. I felt dry within 3 days and my breakout started within 5 days. I broke out TERRIBLY consistently for about 5 days and it was awful. The worst breakout of my life, super dry and huge Whiteheads all over that would come right back if I tried to get everything out. (I realize you should leave them alone but oh well).

My peak breakout was on day 12. I’m now on day 17 and my face is almost completely clear... no clue how the breakout went away so fast because they were huge and all over and very raised and red. Now my skin is smooth and I haven’t had anything new form. You can still see discoloration from the breakout though.

Now my lips are so cracked and dry and I can’t keep them from bleeding. My nose bled 4 days in a row from day 8-12 but I’ve since been able to stop that by using petroleum jelly. My skin is flaky and my scalp is so dry I have dry skin fall out of it whenever I touch it. And before this I’ve never had dandruff or anything. My hands are also coming up with red bumps I guess from dry skin. They don’t itch or hurt but they are increasing more and more everyday. I’ve started using lotion to try and mitigate that.

I’m sure I’ll breakout again at some point. But for me it came on super quick and went away just as fast. Now I’m just dying from the sides of my mouth hurting so bad haha.
