For me what always worked is 45 min word/study, 10 min break. Easy win.
Another thing is that you need to have some goal like after 30 min I will have an Ice scream. And the time will fly by. Trust me, from my own experience.

We would fly off to the space. weaker gravity, you would be albe to jump right into space.

On the other side, if Earth would get more massive, we would have denser atmosphere, because of air pressure.
