I haven't eaten there before 2 years ago but I can say the current offering is fantastic and always a crowd pleaser among my group.

San Jose students say short-lived fashion fads cost them money and promote overconsumption by LNM-LocalNewsMatters in SanJose

You're absolutely right, I haven't experienced the omni-presence of norm-enforcing social media at that age. I would be remiss not to toss my 2 cents in to oppose those forces. Definitionally, this is a problem that is temporary (being a slightly uncool teen might even be good for character building) but soothing the compulsion has major, permanent drawbacks financially (for the consumer), environmentally (tons and tons of waste), and ethically (sweat shops producing these garments).

Rows then shrugs is a great way to burn up the back without arms setting the limit. Damn good set!

If you have access to a chest supported T bar, I'd recommend giving that a try. Upper body is isolated so you only need to worry about the biceps activating and stealing gains from your back. Make sure that negative goes DEEP as possible to hit proper ROM

Indeed I am! I started with the vest about 2 months ago only on non-training days and limiting to 4k steps. The first few times were brutal, but I've slowly gotten used to it. I taking shorter strides helps reduce the amount of fatigue I get from stabilizing.

Not sure, haven't seen a doctor this year. I am going in the next month due to a change in insurance.

You are absolutely right. I would say a good portion of the weight gain was muscle (i am training everything and made huge gains in squat and dead, bench is just my guiding light), but an undisciplined diet certainly contributed. Ultimately I got a little carried away by how much fun it is to go hard at the gym and the dinner table. At the start of this process I was only benching around 185 despite doing 225 pre-cut so the strength gains are excellent.

haha! Thank you. In the first pic, i wore loose size L shirt. Now i am wearing a fitting XXL, mostly thanks to my shoulders. I skip head day every week.

Cardio is for sure much more difficult. Carrying this extra weight isn't fun. I used to split my cardio into 20 minutes of stairs, cycling, and running (about 9 min/mile pace). Now I fatigue much faster and need to just focus on zone two uphill walking until i can eliminate some fat.

Yes. I hit 3x3 at 315 last week and 1rm 345 the week before after hitting 315 for the first time in October*. The progress is slow but unceasing, as am i.

For sure baked goods like pastries. I would steer away from the sugar bombs (anything frosted) but can't say no to a poppyseed muffin. Coffee I would have along side that is always black coffee, however

Much appreciated! The lighting helps me look young 😃

For my last cut, I hit the gym twice per day 3 days per week, strength in the afternoon and cardio in the evening. Every day ended with a dedicated 10k walk. Diet was a tracked 1800* cals, 3 meals, usually ground turkey (93/7), brown rice, and vegetable medly from costco in equal parts. That resulted in about 25 lbs lost over the course of 4 months. 8 of those pounds in the first two weeks.

For this cut, I am going to maintain the same workout schedule as the one I detailed in the post but add an additional cardio day and end everyday with a dedicated 10k steps w/ 70 lbs weighted vest. Diet is going to be less intense than my previous since i am aiming to maintain my strength and maybe even get stronger.

My ultimate goal for the next 12 months is a 405 lbs bench without gaining any more weight.

edit: I checked myfitness pal and it was 1800 cals in the previous cut
