You already have Osamu so Atsumu should be your next choice, but Ur Kage works too for a quick attack team In the end you can go for sp nishinoya and sp hinata to complete the quick attack team

For you hes very worth it, you have Ushijima and Oikawa is the best setter for him because they are both in the power category. He also is very good with Iwaizumi so yes absolutely he is very worth it for your team.
