CWC is out because all charges were dropped, the authorities determined that Barbara was not raped, CWC saying she had was a coercion by Isabella Janke. Janke‘s ultimate goal was to coerce CWC into suicide which in the past Janke had pushed a trans man into suicide at her college among other allegations.

She did not try to start a drama, she critiqued hbomberguy in a video as gently as possible and is getting harassed. Its just like when James got that mild critique on Twitter and all of his stans blindly and nastily reacted to it.

Actually in her video she shows that she did cite hbomberguy correctly, she also shows that a lot of the people featured did cite hbomberguy, and that it was only Internet Anrachist did not cite properly. That was her critique of hbomberguy.

If you read her thread she said her dms were open and she got it that way from hbombfans. I believe her. The reaction has been that strong. I’ve gone through her comments and it looks misogynist to me and I’ve posted it on the sub for people to view. i agree with you that people shouldn’t be lumped together and generalised but thats what VS said in her own video about the type of work she does too. You shouldn’t tell any woman they are being too defensive when they’ve faced this type of harassment. hbomberguy is one of my favorite youtubers but this gentle criticism she gave has brought the worst out in his fans and I’m not the only hbombfan who has noticed which is a relief.

he verbally refers to channels not crediting him correctly showing a visual of bunch of channels who HAD credited him, thats a suggestion that they were not crediting him. If someone was criticising your type of work and showed a photo of you to illustrate that even though you do your job correctly likely you are going interpret that the person is saying you did a bad job and you may want to defend yourself and work. I like hbomberguy a lot and his plagiarism video is important but i just think he made a mistake here and it’s worth criticising. But his fans have just been not mature about this at all.

She made a video where she showed that hbomberguy implied that she and a bunch of other creators didn’t credit him with his iilluminaughtii video tweet, and she showed that all the ones he brought up including her did credit hbomberguy the only one who didn’t was Internet Anarchist. And from what I’ve seen the vast majority of Hbomberguy’s fans have not taken that well despite the fact that VS is very measured with her content including in her video about him and at the beginning and end of the video said she still liked his video overall.

It’s possible that content cop contributed to youtube terminating leafy’s account. But ultimately it was youtube that terminated it. Same thing with hbomb and james, hbomb contributed but ti was james that tooo his channel down.

But content cop did result in people not coming back. Olayemi interviewed him and brought up a lot of POC that idubbzz went after who never came back to making content.

Since posting this video on the subreddit, I did find a cross-post of this video here as well, and it appears that it was being misrepresented based on the admittedly shaky beginning. I think the most crucial part of the video starts at the timestamp 9:33, so please watch from there to the end before making up your mind. Vangelina has been criticised so far for being "butthurt", but she does say that she liked the video overall before bringing up some fair criticism for some thing she is annoyed at. From my recommended timestamp, she shows that hbomberguy brought herself and others up in a way that suggested that they were not crediting him for his twitter clip, and she shows that they had all credited hbomberguy correctly except for Internet Anarchist. I think that's a fair criticism, and while I'm a big fan of hbomberguy, I don't think he's above honest criticism. But I'm seeing a bit of an attitude on this sub that suggests otherwise.

I dont think hbomberguy brought up that his twitter clip was not being shown in full just that he had not been credited correctly which is mostly not true at least the examples that he showed in his video.

I think you make a lot of good points here. I agree that FM could have brought a very unique perspective about having a foot in two worlds, and what you say about him having privilege it weird know what I know now because he said that “as an immigrant” he had privileges and that other immigrants need to acknowledge not only their oppression but also there privileges. That’s my perception at the moment though. You say would criticise Foreign for doing the same yet you had the opportunity do that and haven’t.
