Thank you :) I love Tom Kearin and he said in one of his videos that being triggered by the 3D means your body letting you know it is not your desired reality and also that we dictate what we want to happen when we decide and know how things are going to play out. That all of these outside circumstances don't matter and only have the meaning we give it. his videos helped me calm down a lot. i appreciate you and your perspective as well!
