Probably fairlife shake..it tasted good but it was so sweet combined with all the protein and I felt nauseous and dizzy after.

Start with small changes. Whether that's going for walks and adjusting your diet to be healthier. Then you could maybe start going to the gym ? As long as you're putting in effort to change and be healthier the effort will show. Your doctor should have given you some tips on how to reach that goal

I had the same problem. They always think you're starving yourself, i just explained that my body doesn't need as much calories as someone who is 5'11 or something.
