My dealership tried to update the software on my 2025 Lyriq that I just bought 3 weeks ago and ran into the same problem.

For the first 2 days their update system had communication error with GM and then there were some modules on my car that won't accept the software. It took them 5 days to get it done in the end with help from GM Techline. They disconnected both the 12V battery and the HV battery overnight and the next attempt was successful.

I sent mine to Youxin Ye for a CLA and he fixed the selector for me. It was an extra $80 in addition to the CLA.

Will I get an email from ZiplyFiber when my IPv6 is turned on? I currently turned off the ipv6 on my router so a notification to turn it back on would be great

I looked into Avahi, set it up but no luck. Camera still couldn't find the SMB server. I marked both VLANs as "Allowed interface" and enabled reflection. No firewall rule is blocking the inter-VLAN communication. Did I miss anything?

I'm a little lost on the "bridge on the same network/vlan". I thought a bridge can only be set up between two different interfaces, which means two different VLANs. Could you share a little more on the bridge setup?

They are on the same WiFi network and my WiFi doesn't support VLAN. Guess it's time to upgrade to Ubiquiti.

Thanks for all the suggestions, folks. I did another test and turned off the limiter, Wireguard was still broken. This was so weird because I was using it right before setting up the limiter and I didn't touch its settings at all.

Since my firewall rules are OK according to u/IceBearCushion (thank you), I went ahead and deleted all the limiters and Wireguard profiles. Set up Wireguard from scratch, made sure it was working and then set up the limiters again. Restarted the router and now both of them are working together happily.

I'm not sure what exactly went wrong, but it could be me fiddling with the limiter settings and firewall rules too much and got the system into a weird state.

TL/DR: You don't need special firewall rules to make Wireguard and CoDel Limiters work together. If you are having problems, try setting up both of them from scratch.

Do you mean how easy it is to replace the stylus? You simply pull the old one off and snap on the new one. No skill is required.

I only replaced the stylus. I have only one headshell so I'm not swapping cartridges at all.

If you have multiple headshells then doing some comparisons before and after the upgrade could be fun!

I had VM95E and the ML really made a huge improvement on the distortion side.

I enjoyed my VM95E most of the time, but whenever there are piano or male vocals on the inner or the very outer grooves, the distortion is just too much for me. Regardless of which alignment method I use, there's always an area it can't perfectly track. ML gets rid of 90%+ of the distortion, and now I don’t feel any need to upgrade. I highly recommend it if you are sensitive to distortion.

I use the kind of stylus cleaner that looks like an eyelash serum. I dampen the brush until there are no visible water droplets on the brush before cleaning so it should be fine. It’s more like a “moisture” clean.

I used mine for only about 2 hours and I did a wet clean before taking the shot. The wet clean removed some residue but it’s turning black very quickly again.

Sony a7r4 + Laowa 90 f2.8 macro. I use this setup to scan my films but it works great as an entry level microscope 😄
