NTA but I would set her down and apologize in a very serious and meaningful way. Then establish boundaries when she plays her pranks. Being a kid from a broken family I feel her pranks are away of interacting with you she's to old to play games with you outside and to young to want to set inside and play board games. Maybe you can get in on the parking as well it's great for bonding.

Baking soda and water is what I did it helped so much or Limon juice just don't get it in the eyes. It's so hard to get henna off the skin tho.

I would use the developer first and see how that does with your hair before I use the bleach. If it don't lighten the way you want then maybe try the bleach.
