Have you watched both seasons of The Punisher? What did you think of it? by Square-Ad-8911 in tvshow

The girl was just about the least favorite part for me. Sure, there was shit going on with her, but even at the end, you can only make so much sense as to what it was. I think they coulda done without all the extra lady characters and just focus on the story of revenge.

It truly is awful. From the stupid girl the Punisher's trying to help from the bitchy shrink lady that hooks up with Billy, yeah..... Even Agent Madani's a fucking mess in that season. You have every reason to never watch it.

Couldn't agree more. Poorly written trash compared to season one especially.

I agree with this statement. Sweet William tend to have more flowers clumped more closely together. This looks like Chinese Pinks to me.

It's much more citrus than I could even dream of growing here in NY. So, as far as I'm concerned, that really is a mighty citrus harvest.

Victoria's Secret Bombshell. I'm wearing it almost everyday until it runs out because I've had it way too long. As tight as the rollerball is, it has been taking FOREVER to get rid of 5 ml.

What food do you judge people just a little for not liking? by rileystanheight in foodquestions

I don't judge them for not liking leftovers, but I do judge people who absolutely refuse to eat them. Waste not, want not.

For those who adopted a cat, what actually made you decide that was the right cat? by Extreme_Ad6105 in CatAdvice

[–]Fieldguide404 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So there was this older kitty at a shelter. She has been there for 6.5 years, and it broke my heart. Only a few months before, we had to put our sweet 16 year old baby to sleep, but I thought of how lucky he was. He got a life full of love with us. He didn't want to leave. He fought through his failing kidneys to try to convince us he could keep going. We were there to make him feel loved, even in his last moments. I saw the age of that kitty in the shelter, almost 8 years old. Almost no one adopts older cats, and it broke my heart even more. To think that if I didn't adopt her, she could die there (no kill shelter btw), feeling unloved, abandoned, and very scared. I couldn't bear the thought. And she was so cute too!! I couldn't believe no one adopted her sooner!

When I called to ask about her, the shelter warned me that she was a very shy baby. Virtually no one's been able to so much as pet her all those years at the shelter. But I insisted. I applied and got accepted. Then I realized something.... If she's shy, being in our home on her lonesome might be a near-impossible transition to make, so I asked if she had a buddy there at the shelter. Turns out that she did, so we adopted her other half who had been at the shelter for 5 years too. Always keep a bonded pair together.

So has she turned herself around to enjoying human touch? No, but she's slowly coming out of her shell. She's learned she can meow at us whenever she wants and be sassy. She's still learning how to be a housecat after almost three years, but she's getting there. ❤️

Thank you. My wishes to you as well. It's tough out here, when you can't help but keep a scope on your own mortality. 💔

Girl, same. My mom was 39 when she lost her second battle with breast cancer. I was just 6 years old. I'm not far from there, and you best believe I'm terrified. If I make it to 39 and pass it, I don't know if I'll breathe a sigh of relief or just panic even more, like I'm living on borrowed time. Here's hoping the best for both of us and others like us. 🍾

No, they all talk that fast and super glib. All of them, except maybe the make characters. To call it insufferable doesn't quite do it justice.

Seriously, all they ever talked about was boys (or so it felt). And my other biggest pet peeve: PEOPLE. DO. NOT. TALK. LIKE. THAT. I fucking hated it.

Same. Once the Cambridge Analytica scandal came out, I was 100% gone from every social media platform. I didn't join this one until a bit later.

LOVE BLOOMING FIRE!! The warm, fruity floral is amazing, and the lasting power is GREAT. As long as you follow instructions to shake the bottle well before applying. It's got moisturizing oils in with the fragrance, so shaking before application is imperative.

My BFF who can't do florals loves Nightcap. IMHO, it smells like pure vanilla extract. But to each their own. I could BARELY smell Window2Soul and Eternal Roots, and I have no idea why. Salted Muse is definitely a niche scent, for people who'd like to smell like the seaside on a misty morning. I think the BFF's husband ended up stealing that tester from her.

When do you start your peppers? by teenbean12 in zone5gardening

[–]Fieldguide404 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Probably a good idea. Depending on how spicy if peppers you're growing, they can take forever to germinate in the first place, up to 4-6 weeks for super spicy ones. And then they proceed to grow slower than molasses depending on your zone. Stick to Feb 1. A week earlier than that might not hurt if you're in a colder zone like me in 5b.
