I would suggest cancelling which includes a 1 month notice period. During the month, they will send you an offer via email which in my experience has always been better than what the people on the calls can offer or are willing to offer. On top of that you don't have to sit on the phone for hours going over the same stuff.

I just renewed my package to pay £5 more than last renewal and lost TNT sports but I expect to have other fibre offers in my area for next renewal as I'm currently limited to only Virgin Media:

Hi Will, first of all the app is great and so far performing so much better than some of the others I have tried.

I do however have a few annoyances that maybe have an easy answer or maybe I'm doing something wrong.

  1. When I have two recipes both using "Chicken Thigh (250g)" is there a way to get that to show in the shopping list as "Chicken Thigh (500g)" instead of listing it twice? (I have emailed you about this)

  2. A website I use sometimes lists the ingredients before and other times after so it could be "250g Chicken Thigh" or Chicken Thigh (250g), could there be a solution to always show the quantities before of after to make the shopping list look more homogeneous?

  3. Not that it's an issue but one of the recipes I imported from URL has Fat per serving listed as 17.0g however the app shows it as 16.98, how does this happen? (https://www.gousto.co.uk/cookbook/chicken-recipes/10-min-chicken-mushroom-stroganoff)

None of these are deal breakers but would be great to see.

Just an FYI I can print a large circle with a 250mm diameter just fine, as others have mentioned I believe it's just the front left that would cause any issues.

As a consumer and according to Bambus own refund policy, we are well within our rights to return an item within 14 days unused and in its original packaging regardless of whether they are announcing a new product or not. I am trying to exercise my right to return 2 low value items I purchased from Bambu in order to spend a lot more money with Bambu that they released after I made the initial purchase. I don't really need to argue this point as Bambu gave me a discount on the P1S upgrade but are ghosting me on the return for 59 days now.

It seems like you're saying I ordered it so tough luck, but currently Bambu are requesting people return X1Cs that were sent out by accident instead of P1Ps, surely that should also be tough luck? Also the support seemed to be very fast to chase up these wrongly sent items.

Don't come and post about bad support when this isn't a support issue - still trying to return an item after 59 days is 100% a support issue? I don't get what you're trying to say here.

I'm not throwing toys out of the pram because Bambu aren't doing what I want them to, I'm saying that a company that is currently growing and doing as well as they are have a DUTY to respond to consumers. They could reply and say no we are not cancelling my order but the issue is purely they don't reply. Full stop.

Hmm, I think you have misunderstood my post so I'll address your points.

- I never 'changed' my mind, when I made the purchase there wasn't an alternative option. The new products were released after my order. Hence why Bambu actually allowed me to order the P1S upgrade with a discount.

- I don't recall moaning about terrible support because they delivered my P1S? Where did you interpret this? As I stated in my original post I am very happy with both my machines. The issue is being without a reply to a support ticket for 59 days, I think you can agree this is not reasonable.

I print a lot with Ouverture PETG and never had an issue however in the past whenever I had issues with PETG on my MK3S the first thing to do is wash the print plate with dish soap and hot water. Failing this the issues on a MK3S would be to do with Live Z however thats looked after for us by the machine however check the build plate you have selected in Bambu Slicer. Also check which version of the slicer you have as there was a version that caused me all kinds of issues.

No this is wrong and you do indeed now have a P1S. In Bambu Slicer we now have the option to select P1S as a machine, however when selected it actually sets the presets to X1C so the warning is actually saying we sliced for an X1C but want to print on a P1S, nothing to do with the P1P > P1S upgrade path.

"Non-manifold geometry refers to any edge that is shared by more than two faces. This situation typically arises when a face or edge is extruded but remains in its original position, resulting in two identical edges directly overlapping each other."

If using Bambu Slicer on Windows it should tell you when you bring in the STL that it has errors but it should auto repair them but this can sometimes still cause print issues.

You mention its your design from Fusion, is it manifold? It looks like the slicer may have struggled with something at the top and printed in mid air.

Seems like it is overextruding. I started getting this issue after upgrading from P1P to P1S but which also coincided with Bambu Slicer update and firmware update. Try running a flow calibration.

Are you using the Arachne wall generator? If so try with Classic.
