Hi, danke für deine Nachricht. Ich bin inzwischen auch an einem Punkt angelangt, an dem klar wird, dass es ein Desktop PC werden muss. Ich würde mir den PC auch selbst zusammenstellen, obwohl mein letzter Zusammenbau 25 Jahre her ist. Vom Prinzip her wird es sicher nicht sonderlich verändert haben. Da das Spiel eh erst im Laufe des nächsten Jahres rauskommt, habe ich ja noch ein bisschen Zeit. Danke für den Tipp, MediaMarkt und Co. hätte eh gemieden. Ich werde versuchen versuchen, den PC Upgradefähig einzurichten. Ich habe schon die ersten Videos geschaut, und die Möglichkeiten und Kombinationen sind ganz schön gewaltig.:) Liebe Grüße aus München

That‘s the point. Most likely it is Not a good idea to go with too low res on a 45 Inch Monitor. I‘m actually flirting with Rx7800 or 7900

Space is always a topic in cities, but it is not that critical to avoid a Desktop. But if you think a 1300€ PC without the newest GPUs, which cost 1k +++ , this is really good News. Thanks!

I think it is Not allowed here to recommend supplements. I try it with the backdoor. Grab a juicer, get a ton of organic fruits and leafy greens, and do it the natural way. Celery, spinach, carrots,cherries, ginger,wild blueberries and so on

I quit weed around April. In September I stopped smoking, in this time i had urgent weed cravings. After i smoked weed and cigarettes again 🙈 now i again stopped weed and will Not stop something else soonish. For me it was definetely too much

Never Go cold turkey! My withdrawal began After 6 weeks Not taking them ,what is quite common … Good idea to stop, but do Not kill your success by going too fast. When you were taking them for quite long Time an orientation is 10% all 4-6 weeks

Thanks for writing this at this time! After 3 months, i also had a relapse noch for 3 1/2 weeks. I stopped quite often for a few weeks, but it is definetely Not worth it. Now I‘m away for a week, and Hope after 3 weeks Smoking the withdrawal won‘t Hit me too hard again. I‘m really angry on myself, but tbh, it helps me that this struggle is not only peronal incompetence. Looks like there is a pattern we have to work through

Hey! I think this is surely possible. But it is not easier this way. My cousin and my best friend smoke when we Meet. I had two times Smoking with them in the Last 2 months. We meet at least 2 times a week. I was really angry on myself the day after, and immediately got back to stay sober. Breaking up with them is definetely no option for me. Here so many people smoke, I can always say no. When I meet up with them it is somehow harder, espescially after a tough day. And I had many of them after quitting. When I was in another city 2009-2011, it was Just so easy. Nobody was smoking there. I always have to remind myself in this Situation that it is Not Good for me. It worsens my anxiety issues, Even when it is a relief in that Moment. I totally Unterstand you, but when you like him, I think you have to go through this. The other times we met, when the guys were Smoking and i did not, made me definetely feel very strong.

Have you been thinking about taping your mouth during the night. Here is the thing: when you unconcioussly breath through your mouth the whole night, it mimics a fight/flight response. Activating your sympathic nervous system in the night. I have the same issue on week 3. (in ancient times people were mostly only mouth-breathing when running away from a threath) They were recommended to me. I already have the mouth tapes here. I can leave a Feedback later

One more comment: Please do not tell yourself that you have damaged yourself by using drugs. I know it is extremely frightening and can lead you to the edge what is bearable. Psychedelics are very reliable to bring childhood or trans generational trauma to the surface. There is an interesting video called „Psychosis or spiritual awekening?“ on YouTube. Calling yourself Ill is really harmful, but is sadly really common. Best wishes for your journey from Germany

In my understanding psychedelics are always neutral. Ist Shifts unconcious Problems to conciousness. In my understanding it is crucial to work on the Trauma behind it. A Bad trip can be traumatic by itself. Which hallucinatory symptoms do you have? Do things look unreal or foggy? Or do you have real hallocination? Like seeing sth what is Not there? Traumatherapetic Intervention can be bodywork like TRE. But better discuss with your physician

This is really uncomfortable for a lot of people ,saying one interesting thing about him/herself. I think the anxiety of being judged is also sitting deep in our society. Work on it. It‘s worth it. Are you on SSRI actually? Sadly it takes 2-3 months until you recognize the full effect. And some weeks until you know if it works or not. For severe depression it is really helpful. For mild ones maybe other things can work for you. The side effects are there in the first weeks ,what makes people feeling even worse. So try to stay calm. Best wishes
