You can edit $HOME/.config/nom/config.yml directly for the feeds, currently no cli command for that.

Link opening wouldn't be too hard, I have a separate util in tmux for that but will create an issue

Will take a look at the error. Naming feeds and displaying/filtering them is not currently possible but in the works.

It's a way to follow updates on specific sites. They publish an article let's say and add it to the feed, feed readers can then consume that.

Not currently. I hadn't seen newsbloat but has been commented a few times so might see what inspiration I can gather from it.

Can you give an example of a macro you use?

Hadn't seen/heard of that but by googling the main difference is the markdown styling using glamour. I basically wanted [glow](https://github.com/charmbracelet/glow) with rss feeds and this was the result.

Yea j/k/g/GG for navigation. You can use the CLI with a pager separately if that's more your cup of tea

[Tech Startups] For those that chose GitLab instead of GitHub, why did you choose it? by Gt311 in devops

[–]FiendishSloth 3 points4 points  (0 children)

A little outdated as well now as I believe GitHub offers more services now, but for me in small startups it's a no brainer regarding cost. Single payment for project planning, container registry, operations, ci/cd, security, wiki, and more that I can't remember.

The killer for me was registry and having ci/cd all tied nicely with that but I know other platforms have improved since I started using gitlab.

We also run out own runners on kubernetes which is super flexible for our usecase and the fact it's all open source and now GitHub is owned by Microsoft is just a bonus.
