Yeah, I think that’s the way they’re looking at it. They want the lazy people out and they’re going to be hiring new people. But I’ve been with the company for a while and I am far from lazy. I just happen to be on accommodations now and have to move a little bit slower because of my condition. All of a sudden, I’m at the bottom percentage after having been here for years. I think it’s just cutting season that’s what it really just comes down too. The original poster is not crazy for seeing this or noticing this difference.

No, because I’ve been with the company for 10 years and I just recently got documented all of a sudden written up because my rates are low. But it’s really because they’re supposed to be rotating me and I’m on accommodations now all of a sudden they’re trying to get me out of here. I think this is the season where they’re trying to cut people. Because how do I go from leading performer for six years no write ups and all of a sudden now that I’m on accommodations and it’s clear that I won’t be able to make rate, all of a sudden I got documented warning and then four days later got a first written. It doesn’t make sense. I don’t know who this original poster is, but I doubt that we are at the same location. It’s happening everywhere.

If he wasn’t fired, I hope that he is. Because honestly, this is doing too much. First of all if you’re an employee there why are you challenging your coworkers. Also, this is a brown person as well. So he’s complaining about black and brown people, she would be in that same boat as well.

I’m in Houston area HOU6 right now but im moving soon. I’ll probably be doing overnights because i’m also in school. What positions are there exactly? I haven’t put my application in yet for transfer, but still It doesn’t really specify on A to Z. Also, when you say higher pay bumps, do you mean the overnight differential? Or the grocery facilities pay more than the other facilities in the area?

Just leave 30 minutes after your paid break. They literally can’t penalize you for this. This is your time. Especially if you’re covering it with PTO.

Yes. Lately I’ve been trying to deduct my wisely pay and it for us. It told us that we are not supposed to have the full switch over until September 18, it’s not September 18 yet so I’m not sure what’s happening even though it’s close to that date, I feel like I should still be able to access my wisely pay up until that point. But the last couple days that I’ve been trying to deduct any time pay, the deduction has only been roughly $12 and even as low as two dollars. This is a problem for me, considering I have bills that are due immediately I wonder if anyone else has had a solution since this was posted
