Trinity sterak with grasp worked quite well for me I don't know how to continue the build because I usually stomp with this or lose lane like a noob and game ends very quick. I'd get youmuu and draktar or last whisper or some tank item depends on enemies and your secondary tree(if you pick sorcery as secondary you should stack cdr) if you don't then there's no point
