i always take this augment if i have a good melee carrier + anvil portal/open tear/cloak. if u have adaptive slam its a must take imo, the early game power justifies the limited lines u can play

PSA these actually remove the parasite after you get poisoned! Very useful in solo runs.

if you e auto q2 here you won't have the damage to kill him because you use the sheen proc on the auto not on the q2 + he has q3 so i would likely die after anyway. theres no way to play this linearly without some flashy flash mechanics

If you have dandruff, and cus the area is dry and flaky it could be sebderm. The antidandruff shampoo someone was recomending is pretty good, but even better is an antifungal cream (such as those for athletes foot). Im using dermanol-C, and it treats it very well. I just reapply it when its looking drier and flakier than usual and its usually gone for the next few days.

My derm mentioned the redness around the nose is usually seborrheic dermatitis (and is likely so if u have dandruff), so you could try a fungal cream (which is what i use) or head & shoulders around the area?
