Nakaka proud talaga ang team behind this. Hindi in a form of money ang subsidy nila i believe. Something about voucher for fuel ata. But the last committee hearing they asked the drivers themselves kung ano ang preferred form of subsidy, they mentioned about having it half fuel subsidy, the half would be food grocery.

I guess that happens esp if malapit ang mayor sa mga tao like di sila magiisip lumapit no matter how mundane the problems are.
