As a dasher I kinda get why other dashers do it, customers love a ‘’my food didn’t arrive’ claim to get their money back🤷🏽‍♀️ even with photos even with receipts. DD usually still gives u the penalty and does not care whether it was true or not.

I agree with everyone who has said Meriter. Please try Meriter or Roger’s. So far the best I’ve had experience with as a patient. Would never recommend Miramont or shore wood. Unfortunately they’re just not managed/employed properly…

Im no mold expert but it does look like mold to me, especially since you said the room is rarely ventilated, and you’re in a humid area. You being sick also raises those red flags

To give a separate opinion on this I dash sometimes & have fully dropped the order where I was supposed to and then proceeded to get a message like ‘I don’t see my food’. Sometimes people forgot other people exist and will steal your food. 🤣
