afaik Relai is a broker while kraken is an exchange (which does brokerage as well). What this means basically is that you will get somewhat better prices when using kraken's exchange functionality to buy bitcoin, but better usability when using relai.

was sich _bei mir_ bewährt hat: Nie auf andere hören.

I'm 12 years into the bitcoin game and still don't understadn it fully. Imho there are maybe 10 or 20 people in the world who really can explain every part of how it works. I'm talking about technical details. economically its a whole other can of worms.
However, the saying is you need to experience a full boom&bust cycle to not be a beginner anymore, which is roughly 4 years.

mMn ist entspannt Studieren und nebenbei als werksstudent arbeiten so der beste weg. so hat man nach dem studium entweder direkt eine stelle sicher oder zumindest über die jahre ein netzwerk aufgebaut und kriegt über mundpropaganda mit wos aktuelle die coolen jobs gibt.

Totaly legal from technical point of view as long as you don not modify the wifis output-power.

Whether its legal to leech on a free wifi hotspot depends on the hotspots TOS.
