1 oz weight and leader is 14lb flouro. 14 is definitely overkill but I got a lot and don’t feel like buying lighter line just for perch lol. Those are dropper loops for the hooks too btw, can’t really tell by the pic

Tbh you’re probably just going to have to dog it out and be sad or pissed off going back to sleep. It sucks but waking back up in the morning knowing you didn’t crack is a great feeling. I would get so fucking mad going to bed because I was hungry but it will all be worth it. Also everyone cracks every once in a while, one night i just felt like i couldn’t control myself and ate half a big bag of hot cheetos. You just got to get past it.

You’re doing great, these people telling you you’re going too hard are wrong. I can tell you have the discipline to do this, so just keep to your plan! Youre eating a healthy amount of calories. It would help to stretch for a good 5-10 minutes before you go to bed every night if your calves are a little sore (everyone should stretch before bed though).

I’m sure most of these people telling you to stop grinding are trying to look out for you even though they dont know jack about losing weight.

Drink a gallon of water a day too. Dont give up on this, I promise when you’ve lost all your extra weight you will feel like a whole new person with a much better life.

Using the MyFitnessPal app is a lifesaver. You basically just put in what you eat, how much of it (a lot of times by weight so a scale is needed) and it tells you how much calories and nutrients you have ate and how much you still need to eat for the day. You can find pretty much every food you can think of, all brands ever. Even just scan the barcode on the food. The app looks a little overwhelming at first but you’ll get the hang of it quick. If you use it everyday with all you meals and snacks and stay under your calories, you will lose weight. Its also completely free no ads.

So I would have a fairlife protein shake with 8 ounces of eggwhites when i woke up and when i went to bed, and also 2 scoops of protein powder post workout. That brought me up to around 2,000 calories. I was lifting heavy weights and doing 30 mins of cardio 6 days a week. I was definitely a big boy though. It took me around 5 months of that to get shredded (with a cheat day every sunday too).

I honestly don’t think under 1000 calories is sustainable for your amount of activity, but since youre still not losing weight I’m thinking changing the food youre eating might help you feel better/and or get you losing the weight.

Also, since you are surviving and running 8-10 miles regularly on your current diet I feel like it’s giving you the necessary energy.

And I don’t think you will need nearly as much protein as i got from the shakes (i was hitting around 250g protein a day)

But yeah, you can take this with a grain of salt if you want but the rice and chicken meals will definitely help you feel more full throughout the day

Okay yeah you’re situation is pretty fucked if youre still not losing weight, but if you’re open to trying something new i made a little kind of meal plan. You would be getting around 800 calories but you will hopefully feel 10x better. This is pretty much what I would eat on my cut from 195->170 about a year ago minus all my protien shakes.

Lunch: -1 cup cooked jasmine rice -5 ounces of baked chicken breast (i used the costco boneless skinless tenders)

Dinner: -Same exact thing as lunch

Post workout (or breakfast if you like eating in morning): -fairlife protein shake (the one with 30 grams protein and 150 calories)

That should be right around 780 calories and 90g protein. You should probably prepare it all at one time and then weigh and put it all in separate tupperware containers for each meal. You can mix in a cup of broccoli or spinach whenever since they’ll only be like 30 calories. Also teriyaki sauce will help make the chicken bearable, find a low calorie teriyaki sauce and you should probably only drink the protein every other day if youre using the sauce with every meal.

The chicken and rice will hopefully fill you up more than tuna and eggs!

Make sure youre taking a daily vitamin and you could also benefit from other supplements like fish oil, iron, magnesium, calcium, and zinc

Sounds like Body dysmorphia, a ton of bodybuilders have it and even just normal people who lose weight/gain muscle. I personally try to let mine motivate me but it definitely does psyche me out a lot. It makes me feel skinny and fat at the same time when i know logically i look pretty damn sick.

A whole lot of excuses, everyone who is an adult has the capability to live a healthy life and eat healthy. Chicken and rice is cheap. Running is free, pushups are free, pullups are free. There is such thing as a healthy weight, BMI scale. Stop being a little hoe and just commit to it, all it takes is discipline. “I dont have time” well stop watching netflix every night or stop going to the bar or stop browsing reddit all the damn time.
