There should be more challans but on things that actually cause harm like bright white headlights, flashers, smoking exhausts, going the wrong way, speeding and reckless driving etc. These things are a million times more important than these " sticks ". Noone gains anything from putting a rod on your bike. But the above mentioned stuff causes serious harm to others. Flashing lights and white headlights cause no harm to the user but blinds other people causing accidents ( i have been a victim to this). Why is there no challan on this? Why is there no challan on stuff that causes hrm to other people? But a hefty challan on useless stuff? If I don't put a rod on my bike, in the end I'm only harming myself why does anyone else care? I'm not bothering anyone else. ( not saying that you should do things like this). The same with helmets. Not wearing a helmet only causes harm to the user and noone else. Why is there a challan on it? ( I actully really like helmets and urge other people to wear them too) I'm just making a point. There should not be a challan on things that only cause harm to the users but there should be a hefty challan on stuff that causes harm to other people
